Niki – Project Manager

Niki has been at Eclypse since 2015 and has worked within drug and alcohol services for over 15 years! She is responsible for making sure Eclypse provides a quality service for young people, children, and their families. She likes working with young people as it encourages her to develop as a professional and relishes helping them reach their potential.

Mickey – Team Leader

Mickey has worked at Eclypse for almost ten years, firstly as a Young Person’s Practitioner, before recently taking on the role of Team Leader. Mickey supports the Eclypse team with any questions or queries they may have, whilst also working with young people to help them manage their substance use.

Sam – Young Person’s Practitioner

Sam has been part of the Eclypse team for three years. He works with people up to the age of 25 who want to make changes to their substance use and supports them to progress and reach their goals.

Lee – Young Person’s Resilience Worker

Lee has worked at Eclypse for 18 months and supports young people to make positive changes around their drug or alcohol use. Lee enjoys building positive relationships with the young people he works with and helping them to grow in confidence.

Lauryn – Young Person’s Resilience Worker

Lauryn offers education and guidance to young people, allowing them to make informed decisions around their substance use and stay as safe as possible. Lauryn has worked at Eclypse for two years and enjoys helping young people reach their full potential.

Jenny – Children and Families Worker

Jenny works in our Family Team, supporting children to build resilience and develop their skills and qualities. Jenny appreciates the different perspectives young people offer and loves how smart and funny they are to work with!

Leanne – Student Social Worker

Leanne is a student social worker working within the Family Team. She’s on placement from Manchester Metropolitan University and enjoys giving young people a safe space to air their worries and concerns. She says the placement has been an excellent learning experience and appreciate how inclusive Eclypse is.

Evie – Student Social Worker

Evie is a student social worker on placement from Manchester Metropolitan University. She helps young people to build resilience and empowers them to make their own decisions about their treatment. She appreciates how much we can learn from young people and have positive conversations with them.

Ellie – Student Social Worker

Ellie is a student social worker, also on placement from Manchester Metropolitan University. She works alongside young people to build a person-centered plan to reach their goals and reduce harm. Ellie enjoys gaining experience for her future career and being able to have a positive impact on young people’s futures.

Matt – Administrator

Matt is the administrator for Eclypse and is the first person you’ll hear if you call the service. He manages incoming referrals, answers the phone, and makes sure that any young person visiting us has a warm welcome and is offered a drink. Matt enjoys witnessing young people overcome adversity to change their life for the better and seeing them make the first step in their journey.

Alex – Communications and Marketing Coordinator

Alex has worked for Change Grow Live since 2020. He manages the Eclypse social media accounts, creates promotional materials, and support with events such as Freshers Fairs. He values being able to help young people stay safe by sharing harm reduction messages through a variety of channels.
